The term "8848" refers to the height of MOUNT EVEREST (Sagarmatha), which is officially recognized as 8848.86 meters & lies in the Solukhumbu district of Nepal. The number 8848 has also symbolic meaning and is often associated with spiritual energies of Stability, Endurance & Abundance. It is also a sign that you have found your purpose & are achieving your goals.

Our Executive Chef having worked more than two decades in luxury hotel groups especially Hilton & Carnival Cruise which includes many locations across the world, along with being Chef in some of New York & Boston's most prestigious Indian restaurants has created his own menu to take Indian & Nepalese cuisine "Beyond Authenticity" with an emphasis on refined yet creative Indian and Nepalese cuisine.
